Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at support@chérieve.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  3. Package your return securely using the original packaging when possible
  4. Ship your return to the address we provide

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be calculated based on your location.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For international returns, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company as processing times vary
